Vintage or antique books are portals for time travel, which is one reason I love strolling through antique fairs; especially antique book fairs. I spoke with a few vendors at a recent Sacramento Antiquarian Book Fair.

Reading, writing and floating logs

916 ink has created an innovative and highly successful program engaging children in the reading process by first teaching them to write. This week, I interview a 916 ink board member and two students of the program, who also read a poem they have each written. And, we visit Crater Lake National Park.
